These terms set out the agreement between you and Rekova when you use our website or place an order with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Who we are

This website is operated by Rekova. Where these terms use "we", "us" or "our", they refer to Rekova. Where they use "you", they refer to the person using our website or placing an order. Our registered operator details are set out on our Legal Notice page.

Using our website

You may use our website to browse our products, place orders and contact us. You agree not to use it to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, or to copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and availability

We work hard to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can vary between screens, and packaging and minor design details can change between production runs. Product images are a guide rather than an exact reproduction.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Prices, tax and payment

All prices on this website are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay. Shipping is also calculated and shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

Payment is taken in USD at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fees.

Very occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email we send is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not an acceptance. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods to you.

We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes, costs, import duties and tracking are set out on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, though we will always keep you informed if something is delayed.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns and warranty

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under United States federal law or the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our 30 day return period and 12 month limited warranty sit on top of those rights rather than replacing them.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of these terms may not apply to you. This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Health and product use

Rekova products are wellness and recovery products for everyday comfort. They are not medical devices and are not FDA cleared or approved. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, speak with your physician or physical therapist before using our products. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the consumer rights section above, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or order is limited to, at our option, replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price you paid.

We are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from use of a product contrary to its instructions. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Our content

The Rekova name, logo, product photography, page copy and website design belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display and use it in connection with our brand. Please only submit content that is yours to share and that is accurate. We publish genuine customer reviews only, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning or suppress negative feedback.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by United States federal law and, where applicable, the consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside. Nothing here prevents you from bringing proceedings in the courts of your own state, or from exercising any right available to you under the law of that state.
